What is the optimum window time or advance notice required for a pickup?

When you request a pickup, the pick up time must be at least 90 minutes from the time of registering the pick up. Please note that you cannot enter a shipment ready time that has already passed. A pick-up can also be scheduled by clicking on the below link:

Is there a maximum limit for number of packages GWE will pick up?

There is no limit on the number of packages GWE will pick up.

How can I check the status of my pickup?

When you schedule a pickup, you will receive a Collection Reference Number. You can use this number when contacting your local GWE customer service to modify or cancel your pickup.

Can I cancel a pickup after it has been submitted?

You can cancel a pickup at any time before the courier arrives.
